8th Annual Indian Artifact Exhibit

The Dorchester County Historical Society is hosting The 8th Annual Indian Artifact Exhibit on Saturday March 7th from 10 am to 4 pm at the East New Market Firehall, 4020 East New Market Bypass. There will be over 50 tables of arrowheads, stone tools and beadwork on display including fossils and other shoreline treasures. There will be a children's workshop making take home displays from sea glass, stone flakes, sharks teeth and other shoreline artifacts. The afternoon will feature speaker and there will  be select vendors offering unique items, as well as,  food and beverages available for sale. For questions call Anne at 410-228-7953.

Mid Shore Community Church Awana

The Mid Shore Community Church present Awana, a club that blends age appropriate bible teaching and increases bible knowledge with fellowship and Scripture memorization. Meetings start January 25th on Sunday evenings from 5-6:30 pm. There are 3 age groups Cubbies- ages 3-4; Sparks- K, 1st and 2nd grades; Truth & Training Clubs for 3rd through 6th grades. Meetings will take place at the Mid Shore Community Church at 8610 (c) Commerce Drive in Easton.

Family Game Night at the Library

Tutoring at Queen Anne's County Library

The Queen Anne's County Library in Centreville will be offering individual tutoring sessions on resume, cover letter and interviewing clinics two Saturdays: Feb. 14th and March 14th. You must register at the circulation desk with morning and afternoon slots available. You may also call the Library at 410-758-0980. These individual tutoring sessions will be for help with resume writing, cover letter writing, resume editing, cover letter editing, help completing online application and participation in a practice interview- feedback will be given You must register for the sessions. You do not need a library card.

Tidewater Rotary Bingo Bonanza!

Strong Women in Business Luncheon

MCE Women's Business Center is holding it's Strong Women in Business Monthly Networking Luncheon on Wednesday, February 4th from noon to 1:15 at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce at 144 E. Main Street in Salisbury. Luncheons are held the first Wednesday of every month and attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other business women and gain insight on creating a sustainable business. Annie the Musical
