Annual Geranium and Spring Flower Sale

St Luke's United Methodist Church, 304 S. Talbot Street, St. Michaels, will hold its 26th Annual Geranium and Spring Flower Sale on Friday, May 1st from 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday May 2nd from 8 am to 2 pm. Potted geraniums in all colors, large hanging baskets and assorting bedding plants will be available rain or shine. For further information contact the church office at 410-745-2534.

Family Game Night at the Library

Revisit games, discover new ones, and meet other families who enjoy board games too. Games provided by the library include Chess, Checkers, Parcheesi, Yahtzee, Hi Ho Cherry-O, Scrabble and more! Family Game Night is held on the third Thursday of the month at 6 pm. The Upcoming Date is April 16th, at the Central Library in Denton. Free. No registration required.

Children's Carnival

Join St. Luke's School in St. Michaels for a children's carnival to celebrate Month of the Young Child. Enjoy games, activities and face painting for children 2 and up. Charity Auction for H.O.P.E

The 1st Annual Charity Auction for H.O.P.E (Hold on, pain ends) will take place on Saturday, April 11th from 10 am until 3 pm at the Talbot County Community Center "Hog Neck" Route 50 in Easton. In addition to the Antiques Auction at 12 pm there will be live music and dancing all day, prizes, raffles, vendors, craft tables and food & drink. Entry is $5 per person (in advance) and $7 at the door. Children 12 and under are free. All proceeds to benefit much needed women's shelters and other non-profit community projects.

Spring Reagan Reception

Spring Reagan Reception: An Evening with Victoria Toensing, to learn more about Benghazi and Hillary Clinton.  This event is set to take place at The Oaks Waterfront Inn at 25876 Royal Oak Road on Tuesday, April 7th from 6-8 pm. Strong Women in Business Luncheon

MCE Women's Business Center is holding it's Strong Women in Business Monthly Networking Luncheon on Wednesday, April 1st from noon to 1:15 at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce at 144 E. Main Street in Salisbury. Luncheons are held the first Wednesday of every month and attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other business women and gain insight on creating a sustainable business. Taco Night

There will be an all-you-can-eat Taco Night on Saturday, March 28th from 6-8:30 pm. Tacois and Spanish rice will be available in the SMMHS Cafeteria with music from their "Mariachi" band. Entry for adults is $10 and For Students $5 (kids under 2 eat free. To go orders will be available. This event is a fundraiser for SMMHS Band Boosters.

2nd Family fun Day

On Saturday, March 28th, the Greensboro Elementary School PTA will be hosting a fundraising event, "Family Fun Day." The event will take place at the Greensboro Elementary School from 10 am to 2 pm. This is a rain or shine event and all are welcome to attend. The day will include the infamous "Splat the Teacher/ Principal Contest," fire truck ride, book bingo, raffle table with over 20 donations, concessions, games, and bounce house and more. Admission is free for the event with many activities at no charge.

In addition, there will be a grand prize drawing at 2 pm of a Serta Queen-sized Prestige Suite mattress, boxspring and frame. The raffle tickets are only $5 per ticket and will be available that day or by contacting the GES PTA executive committee at greensboromdpta@yahoo.com.

Mid Atlantic Tire K.ID

Mid-Atlantic Tire and the Easton Police Department are teaming up to help keep kids safe by providing K.ID's, a free fingerprint and photo kit, to families in the mid shore area. The K.ID's will be provided for free by Mid Atlantic Tire Pros, and fingerprints will be administered by a member of the Easton Police Department. K.ID kits will be given to the parent, no information is kept by Mid Atlantic Tire or Easton PD. Area businesses will be providing giveaways for the participating children, and refreshments will be served throughout the event. There will be a number of activities lined up for the kids. The K.ID event will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 1-3 pm at Mid Atlantic Tire Pros, on the corner of Dover Road and Teal Drive in Easton. WCEI Live at Easter Egg-stravaganza

Join WCEI "live" this Saturday at the Big Easter Egg-stravaganza at the Talbot Ag Center right off Route 50 at Hiners Lane. There will be  over 50,000 Easter eggs, prizes, food and more at this free event. It's being put on by the Easton Church of God. The event starts at 11 am with carnival games, entertainment, inflatables and much more.

Mid Shore Community Church Awana

The Mid Shore Community Church present Awana, a club that blends age appropriate bible teaching and increases bible knowledge with fellowship and Scripture memorization. Meetings start January 25th on Sunday evenings from 5-6:30 pm. There are 3 age groups Cubbies- ages 3-4; Sparks- K, 1st and 2nd grades; Truth & Training Clubs for 3rd through 6th grades. Meetings will take place at the Mid Shore Community Church at 8610 (c) Commerce Drive in Easton.
